Q: What shipping options are available?
A: In our shop, you can choose between standard shipping with Austrian International Post and Premium Shipping with DPD International. For both shipping options we offer free shipping from certain amounts depending on your location. Additionally, you are informed about the approximate delivery times during checkout. To give you a better overview, at the top of the screen, you'll find a customized information bar displaying details about our free shipping offer, including how much more you need to spend to unlock it. Q: Where is my package?
A: We will inform you about the estimated delivery time of your order in the order overview and in your order confirmation via email - however, this time may vary depending on the selected items and shipping method. In your order confirmation email you will receive a tracking link to view the status of your order. With your order number you can also view the status using the pages below:
Q: What happens if I'm not present during the first delivery attempt?
A: If the delivery person doesn't find you, you can check the tracking information to see if your package was left with a neighbour or at a nearby DPD/Post shop. In some cases, there might be a re-delivery attempt.
Q: Where can I have my order delivered?
A: You can have your order delivered to your desired address – just make sure that your name is put correctly on the mailbox so there are no uncertainties. In addition, we can also deliver to parcel stations (assuming that you have informed the parcel shop or booked the relevant service prior to placing an order with us).

Returns & Refunds
Q: How does a return work?
A: To start a return please contact us at email@example.com, share your order number and which items you are returning. The more details you provide, the faster and smoother the return process will be for you and us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Q: How does the refund of my purchase amount work?
A: After reviewing and approving the return, we will promptly refund the amount using the payment method you previously selected. With some payment providers, this process may take up to 3-5 business days. We appreciate your understanding.

A: For a change please contact us directly. We require the following information from you if you ordered the wrong product: Order number, name of the incorrect product and correct product (size/colour).
